Відкритий басейн правильної температури, в якому приємно розслабитись після катання, а не просто його наявність для галочки; прямий вихід на 7 трасу; лижна кімната; паркінг; хороший сніданок.

стандатртні номери гарно укомплектовані, але трішки тіснуваті, хоча ніби мають мати 25 м.кв., а по відчуттям не більше 20; немає зарядки для електромобілів на паркінгу.
