"Confirmed booking was not honoured"

The night before checkin was told apartment is not actually available. Tried to redirect me to 'their friend who might have another apartment'. Even while apartment remained bookable on the site.

Great kitchen with a 4 burner

They need to update there router, its an old one when you try to log in you get warning from your device thats an old security setting and its difficult to maintain a internet connection. Told the owners to buy a new router.
