Приємна хазяйка квартири, зручне розташування, і квартирі є все необхідне

Вхідні двері до квартири - одразу з вулиці( внутрішнього двору), нема жодного під'їзду/ клітки сходів, тобто відкриваючи двері - вхід з вулиці одразу до кімнати. Тому в квартирі досить прохолодно, потрібен час щоб приміщення прогрілося. В ванній кімнаті (туалеті - душі) є тепла підлога з підігрівом.
