Modern Apart on Belveder

Everything was perfect, the landlord was very nice, my key stopped working for the main door And he replaced it very quickly The place was very clean and had everything I needed for a weeks stay It's a convenient location with all shops and a short walk to the centre I hope to return next year

Washing machine but no place to hang clothes today. They noisecfrom neighbours was all night so walls not bring modern made for poor quality sleep. Price of room wasn't reasonable when I stayed in a new place in Lypky for alot less that the price of this room. General cleanliness of apartment needed to be much better. The smell of cigarettes was apparent from entering room from past guests. I have asthma as this always impacts my health adversely

Great location. 5 min walk to the downtown. It's a new house with shops, restaurants and other stuff in the same building. Parking places are available. Apartments were clean and modern. Nice kitchen, big TV, separate wardrobe.

Wi-Fi wasn't stable. Due to recent shutdowns in Ukraine lights were regularly off, but event when the lights were there, Wi-Fi didn't work as it is powered from the other house. Not really a problem of the facility but it affected our stay. It'd be nice if windows are cleaned up from outside. Also, a minor thing is that the sleeping place doesn't have doors but is just separated by the wall from the rest of the apartments.
