Сама квартира чудова. Розташування - теж.

Але, будьте готові до того, що величезна ванна тут лише для краси. Вам не вдасться її прийняти, тому що господарі забрали пробку від стоку і сказали що вам всеодно не вистачить бойлера, щоб її наповнити. Це перше. УВАГА! Друге - в помешканні беруть 1500 грн страхової застави готівкою, а якщо немає готівки, то потрібно скидати господарям на картку і при виселенні їх повертають, якщо все гаразд. Якби я знав це наперед, то можливо би і не поселився би сюди. Дуже не люблю такі речі.
