From the pictures the flat does look lovely, but thanks to its owner's irresponsibility I couldn't check in. The owner did offer me some other options to stay, but all their arrogance was clearly unnecessary.

This was an important trip for me, so I booked this stay on Booking a week beforehand. As my reservation was confirmed and I received an e-mail with my approval, I didn't plan on contacting the owner additionally. But just the day before the check-in, I had some minor question so I called the number, and this accidental way it turned out that the flat was unavailable and already taken for the time of my stay. The owners offered me some other options and sent me some photos. But I was very particular about my demands, so when I started asking the details they didn't hide their irritation and annoyance. In the end when I declined, they didn't say goodbye and didn't even bother to cancel the booking on this site. My search for substitution was all in a hurry and with just so very few options remaining, because in time of war Lviv became extra busy and extra costly. So maybe this flat is ok, but I clearly had a bad experience with the owners. So if you don't want to find yourself on the day of arrival accommodating yourself on the street, make sure you triple-check and personally call the owner ahead of time.
