При заселенні будьте готові до того, що консьєржка, яка сидить у ЖК, в якому ви не будете проживати, зустріне вас неввічливо і може хамити Далі якщо вас попросять залишок коштів заплатити готівкою, будьте готові, що ця консьєржка спитає: « а інших грошей що, немає? У мене взагалі немає решти», решта була 100 грн, ми залишили їх на каву - це не проблема Далі: у квартирі все постійно скрипить, було лячно, і це заважало спати І наостанок, у перший день нам дзвонили в дзвінок якісь два алкаші В квартирі брудно, миють тільки підлогу
