"В цілому досить непогано"

Затишна квартира, близько до центру Києва, багато зручностей у квартирі. Не потребували залог. Дуже красивий та цікавий ремонт. Вода є постійно. Багато місця та простору. Досить приємна ціна.

Треба забирати ключі в іншому місці, припаркуватись спочатку в одному місці, поїхати в інше (не далеко), знайти нормальне місце там, і тільки тоді попадеш у квартиру (у Києві за парковками проблеми...). В квартирі досить брудно, був пил, якісь брудні пляшки з технічною водою тощо. Для того, щоб зробити джакузі, треба зачекати близько 10 годин, поки нагріється бойлер. Декілька ламп у апартаментах вже перегоріли. Відключеня світла (це не проблема з апартаментами, а проблема через ситуацію у країні) і не має альтернативних варіантів живлення (екофло та подібних)

Неплохой ремонт и достаточно удобная кровать.

Интернет слабый. При отключении электричества, он не работает. Чая, кофе и бутылочки воды тут нет. По одному небольшому полотенцу недостаточно для комфортного проживания. На кухне грязно. Посуда "в разнобой". Фасады на кухне оторваны. В 15-ти метрах от окна номера круглые сутки гудел большой генератор ресторана. Наполнить ванную бойлером 100 л невозможно.
