Awesome location, 4 min walk from subway, 16-ish min walk from Unit.city, 3 stops away from Maidan. Very practical layout, small fridge, microwave, inductive cooking panel if you have time & willingness (i didn't), shower & wc, even i think i saw a washing machine (that i didn't use).

Hard to fill this category when overall i'd give 9\10, but: 5th floor, no elevator - could be a problem if you have a lot of luggage or certain accessibility challenges. Also, payment process could be a bit challenging - Wise refused to send payment to a corporate account in Ukraine, which this place uses, so i had to send it to a friend (personal account) who forwarded it. In case you don't have such a friend, I asked the owner to get her own Wise. Time will tell if she does. Monobank is also quite friendly to non-ukrainian cards, but this place uses Pryvat.
