"Квартира норм якщо б не затхлий запах в ванній.."

Місцерозташування.

Затхлий запах у ванній, який не вивітрюється. Годину чекав коли приїде людина і впустить мене бо заселення рівно о 14:00, після чого сказали забрати ключі в сейфі біля входу 😐
