Чудова локація в самому центрі міста. Людина яка заселяла постійно на зв'язку.

Дитячий небезпечний фен, чайник поламаний. Ремонт своє віджив. Окантовка сходів відійшла стирчать гострі кути , алюмінієвих профілів. Спальні місця в підвальному приміщенні без вікон. Душ та кухня потребують хорошого прибирання. Матраси дешеві як і додаткове ліжко, наче з дитячого садка.
