Розташування просто 🔥, досить тихо, досить затишно, все що потрібно для перебування на 1 добу достатньо. Чудова комунікація з представниками апартаментів.

Єдиний мінус, це не зовсім зручний туалет, точніше те, як він працює. Водичка в зливний бачок набирається дууууже повільно. Щоб добре змити потрібно, щоб між візитами було не менше півтора години.

Місце розташування дуже вдале! Центр, магазини, камери схову поруч. Покоївка все зрозуміло розповіла і пояснила.

Погана звукоізоляція, шум заважав спати. Неприємний запах каналізації. До ванної зламаний замок, а міжкімнатні двері навіть не захлопуються. Праска є, але працює дуже погано. Не вистачало деяких базових речей, наприклад ножа чи глибоких тарілок. Лед підсвітка на стелі весь час миготіла, що є проблемою з точки зору пожежної безпеки. Розумію, що ціна як для центру невисока, але все ж деякі нюанси варто виправити, якщо вже господар це пропонує у своєму помешканні.
