З хорошого лише те, що були ліжка, туалет й душ.

На фото в оголошенні є фото цієї квартири, але є й фото з іншої квартири, тому по фото не варто орієнтуватися. Власник помешкання дуже тяжкий, не хотіла б більше мати з ним справу. Сама квартира доглянута, але стара й тут я не про старовинність, чи стиль. Двоповерхове ліжко скрипіло на все помешкання, коли хтось ворушився на ньому. Унітаз несправний, від хитання під нього підсунута пластмаска, кнопка зливу западала. Оббивка дивану порвана. Ніякого затишку чи комфорту.
