Absolutely gorgeous location - lovely quiet street in the very center of Kiev, in between the Andreivskiy descent, big park Volodymirska Girka and Maidan Nezalezhnosti . A lot of coffee places, high quality restaurants, little shops , theaters, museums, galleries , churches - old classic Kyiv style. I had a wonderful time. The apartment is very small, fine for 1 person, maybe a couple for a weekend. Interesting interior design, looks quite stylish. But the towels are very old and need a replacement. Also the bed shits were with stains and I asked the maiden to replace them. There is some equipment in the kitchen, but I didn't cook so I can't say for sure.

The payment for the accommodation was not made through Booking, but on a third-party website where they requested a deposit in addition to the payment, which was not indicated in the price on Booking. I felt uncomfortable communicating with the staff. Any simple question they sent huge incomprehensible messages that were even more confusing, and I got the impression of communicating with a chat bot. For example, I was forced to reask in many times how to get the key to the apartment. This is the first time I have encountered such a format that I need to obtain information and I really didn't like it this way. It was strange and inconvenient. After all it's a vacation, not a quest. As for the deposit, when asked why I did not receive a refund, they sent me a huge text, the essence of which boils down to - deal with your bank yourself. The apartment was comfortable, and the location is great. I hope the day will come when the service in Kyiv and the attitude towards customers will also be at the appropriate level.
