Нічого гарного там нема

Старе жахливе місце. Коли заходиш у під’їзд, одразу розумієш увесь жах - мабуть, це найбрудніший під’їзд у Києві. Запах, бруд, якісь незрозумілі люди кримінального вигляду постійно ходять та виходять. Не раджу брати ці апартаменти. Враховуючи, що відгуків небагато, я майже впевнений, що рейтинг підняли платними відгуками. Не раджу тут залишатись. Ще верхній поверх та ліфт маленький ненадійний а на фоні війни може не працювати. Якщо ви з валізою вам ніхто не допоможе.

"good interior and excellent location, but service regarding amenities (AC) was disappointing"

location is excellent, just a few minutes from TSUM and Khreshchatyk. The apartment is stylish, clean, and the interior fully matches the photos on Booking. the bed was comfortable, and the check-in process was smooth.

major issue with the AC. despite being listed as an amenity, the host (Dayflat) refused to provide a remote controller. I was told that "ACs are not being serviced right now" and they "cannot bring the remote." It was very hot inside, which made the stay uncomfortable. It’s disappointing to see amenities listed that guests aren't allowed to use.
