-хороше розташування -гарний балкон -достатньо просторо

-погано працює телевізор і пульт -волосся в ванній -неприємний запах с холодильника -подерті меблі у вбиральні -стара постіль -таке враження, що непопрані плед і ковдра

Зручне Жк, розташування зручне, поруч Ашан який працює до 23 год, кав'ярні можно перекусити, недалеко тц форум, пішки 7 хв. Квартира сучасна, гарна. Дуже приємна господиня- пані Марія. Дякуємо.
