Расположение квартир удобное . Квартира чистая

В квартире что зимой батареи еле теплые что весной при отключеном отопление очень холодно . На вопрос где пульт от кондиционер ответили он не работает на тепло . При вопросе где хоть батарея электронная сказали такого нет . Но брать 1600 за холодную квартиру в которой нужно спать в носках и в теплой пижаме это слишком! Квартиры посуточно это не только заработок но и должны предоставлять хоть базовый комфорт.

"Гарна локація і квартира в цілому, але варто помʼякшити умови заселення і поремонтувати несправності"

Сподобалася локація і вигляд квартири в загальному: планування, дизайнерські рішення.

Гаряча вода постійно вимикалася і доводилося її вмикати і вимикати, щоб колонка запустилася знову. Окрім завдатку, вимагають заставу за квартиру, мотивуючи це тим, що заселення безконтактне. Ремонт красивий, але не новий, у деяких місцях плями на стінах свідчать про недбалі спроби зафарбувати пошкодження.

The renovation is good. Approximately all needed is available in-house.

The old building, no parking spot near by. The road to get to the entrance by car is too complicated - you should give a huge circle around.
