Location

Beware, if you want to use a sauna you need to let th know far in advance in order to warm it up. The downstairs room is in the basement and smells moldy. The place is very small, with no windows, and like I said , moldy second room.

"Це квартира не для 4 осіб, в 2 було б комфортніше, більше схоже на сауну ніж на квартиру"

Розташування

Відсутність вентиляції у підвальній спальні, спальня яка розташована на нижньому рівні знаходиться під землею там нема вікон вентиляції, тому відчувається запах сирості
