Відмінне місцерозташування, комфортні умови проживання. Наявність продуктового магазину поруч. Неподалік їдальня "Пузата Хата", що дуже зручно. Близькість до основних локацій з якими ми хотіли ознайомитись.

На підлозі балкону було багато пилу, після того як пішов дощ було брудно.
