Поблизу від центру,все у пішій доступності Дві кімнати ! Зручні ліжка,є кухня з усім необхідним!

Поруч трамвайна колія,та брущатка! Шумно навіть вночі!Але це діло звички !

Є два повнорозмірних двоспальних ліжка. Приміщення чисте та має мінімум необхідного для проживання

Були у лютому і в приміщенні було прохолодно. Ковдра на двоспальному ліжку замала. Двом звичайного розміру людям важко поміститися і комфортно спати. З 4 ранку і до пізнього вечора поряд із гуркотом пролітають трамваї. Підлога стара і скрипуча, окремі елементи пошарпані та потребують ремонту
