Smaller than you might assume from the photos. Cash payment (no option to pay digitally).

Apartment is newly remodeled. Bed is comfortable. Owners are really nice and helpful. Silent and location is great. Very clean. Overall it's a good apartment but it has many downsides. Apartment in the photos and what we had in reality is vastly different...

Owners accept only cash. They don't accept card payments or card transfers. They always talked like it's a "small money" that we are paying. (Mind you, the price is almost the same as a nearby hotel.) The apartment entrance smells very bad. Someone pissed and some alcohol bottles were on the ground. Photos are misleading. We took this apartment to work remotely from the table, there was no table in the room, but in photos there is always a table present. Looks like they have 2 apartments and they misguide you by showing the good photos first. We had to take sick leave because there was literally nothing to put the laptop on. The room is extremely small, like a very small budget hotel room. They probably blocked 2+1 apartment with a wall to make two separate apartments. The whole apartment is like 15 square meters including the bathroom. There is no kitchen! But they have kitchen equipment. Strange. I think they expect you to wash your dishes in the toilet or what? The heater stops working every few hours and you need to go to another building and restart it to get warm water. So every time I was in the shower, I had to dress up and go to another building to restart the heater. Hair drier blows cold air. In general, this apartment feels like a private hostel room or just an economy hotel room, but without the benefits of a hotel. (e.g. reception, not having to fix the heater by yourself, not having to go through the smell of piss every time)

The location is great, the studio is cosy and you have an amazing window view. It was warm even in November. Friendly owners. Smart tv so you can watch YouTube or Apple TV.
