"Если решить вопросы с посудой и с сушкой белья, будет всё отлично"

Отличный вид на город с балкона. Сама квартира светлая, в ней приятно находиться. Хорошая локация

Старая плохо вымытая посуда, которую пора заменить. Чайник очень старый и грязный. Перед входом в квартиру, есть общий коридор на две квартиры, там сушится белье и очень плохо пахнет, так как нет вентиляции

Смерділа постіль, душова протікала дуже сильно, на кухні постійно блимала підсвітка, лампочки майже всі не працювали через що було не дуже світло в ванній та кухні

Чисто, приятно, было всё как на фото. Всё необходимое есть. Потрясающий вид с балкона. Не в самом центре, но добраться до центра несложно. До берега было где-то полчаса или минут 40 пешком.
