"Booking incident"

Apartments were good, clean and comfy, corresponds to the description.

Appartments were listed with sale (1920 instead of 3000 for 2 nights) on Booking. I booked them, called to verify the price, made 20% payment in advance to owner for confirmation, everything was good. On the next morning I was contacted by Booking support that the price was not correct (it shouldn't be on sale) and I need to accept the new price (it was said that accomodation suggested 2560) or reservation will be canceled for free. And I had 30 minutes to answer to that email or Booking will cancel the reservation automatically. I wasn't informed beforehand by owner about this, got 0 information about what will happen with payment I already did if canceled. And imagine my shock when I just woke up on the day of departure and saw that email. I was basically forced to accept because of tight schedule. Things like this are not normal and acceptable at all. Other than that everything was great, so I lowered only by 3 starts for that incident

"Ultimate location and perfect value for money"

Location just in a few steps from subway entrance, which is also the shelter. Lots of groceries, beauty salons and cafes around. Huge shopping and entertaiment mall is 300m away. "2-walls protection" is also present here. In-apartment boiler is installed, so you'll always have option to have shower :). Would definitely recommend to stay!

Everything was as much good except two things to mention. These are central hot water sometimes disappears, but that's not host's - it's about nearby municipal repairings. Second is not-so-good in-house wifi sometimes, but probable cause is OP troubles, and having backup mobile solution is noce to have on your own.

"Nice place right next to the metro."

Perfect location right next to the metro, nice and very clean flat. Helpful and friendly host.

It's on the 10th floor, so if there's a blackout there is a bit of walking to do. But that is only relevant for war time, which I really hope will soon be over.
