Локація, вид з вікна - окремий плюс. Величезний балкон. В літній період напевно прекрасний варіант для оселення. В цілому чисто й охайно. Трошки втомлена кухня та санвузол, але не критично

Були взимку. В приміщенні холодно. Але мене завчасно попередили про це. Так що без нарікань. Застарілий чайник. Посуд обмежений.Відсутність альпернативи

"Квартира без опалення"

Розташування прямо на Хрещатику з видом на ЦУМ. Велика квартира, великий балкон. Персонал швидко відповідає . Заселення доволі гнучке.

На вулиці -16, в квартирі не працює опалення! Спочатку я подумала, це тому, що нема світла, але світло дали, а батареї були і далі холодні. Я узнала , що це проблема підʼїзду, приходив сантехнік. Потрібно пробивати пробку , я тут не спеціаліст - не скажу. Але взимку здавати таку квартиру неможливо! До того ж бойлер підключений, але його перекрили. З чим я теж розібралася тільки в кінці , тому гарячої води не було! Коли я сказала , що не жила в неї, не ночувала , бо температура всередині +9, я ходила в сапогах та шубі, мені запропонували повернути 10%. Така ось компенсація! Сказала , щоб залишили їх собі!
