"You could probably be poisoned by gas leakage from boiler"

The location was close to the city centre, but the street has high traffic. Rooms have a lot of daylight, but this is it with benefits.

The gas boiler on the kitchen has leakage so it smells of gas. If you close the doors it wouldn't come to the bedroom, but you smell it each time you go to WC or out. The cleaning lady said it was complained about before but the owner inferred this. We were charged for the final cleaning for the amount we normally spend for 3 hours of cleaning, but this flat doesn't look like it is cleaned properly. A shower head that costs 4€ is broken so your shower could be tricky.
