Location and condo lay out.

No internet, No TV's in bedrooms. Missing remote so we was unable to watch TV. When we called the hist sent us a roku app to control the TV.

Fairly convenient location for where I needed to work. Centrally located to several choices for supermarkets and shopping centers. Building was well kept.

Some of the neighbors in the neighborhood could be quite loud at times. Especially on the weekends. When I arrived the shower still had long hairs in it from the previous occupant so I did have to do some initial cleaning. It looked more like the cleaners had just missed that one particular spot though as the rest of the place was clean.

Plenty of space, lovely quiet 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Peaceful neighborhood and very very clean with essentials provided. Hosts were also very accommodating and friendly!!

Could have used more/updated cookware, but it wasn’t a huge problem

it was close to the masters

they did not replenish all the necessities. ie toilet paper, Kleenex, shampoo, body wash. the tv was hard to manage. the tv did not stay connected to the network. many channels were blocked. ie the golf channel. Roku tv did not have great live tv.

We traveled for a scheduled surgery at Fort Gordon. Location was Great & the setting was comfortable.

Not very clean, the dishes were all inside the dishwasher. Unsure if they were previously cleaned - The throw blanket had a chips ahoy cookie wrapper folded up in it. hygiene items were low if any, 1 partial roll of toilet paper per bathroom (No extra) open box of spaghetti noodles still in cabinet.

The lack of cable TV (I don't have Roku or Netflix) made the property unusable as a gathering place for family. Plus VERY limited parking compounded the problem. We came for my wife's funeral and had to gather elsewhere. Not your typical visitors.

Great location - close to stores, lovely parks. Not far from major roads for travel. The house was spacious and nicely decorated. Very good internet. Netflix and TV stations available. Door access using a code versatile and simple.

The dryer controls were a mystery, TV flaky saying no internet and stopping play, the stove burners are not level. The owner should provide a welcome note explaining the above along with the internet password, recycle and garbage location. Better to replace these aging appliances.

Ample space, clean, quiet location, convenient to our venue.

1. Access/door code/lock was difficult to use. Deadbolt wasn't functioning properly so it took numerous attempts to gain access and to lock up each time we left and came back.2. Internet connection was bad. Kept freezing or dropping off. We tried using our Netflix account but internet connection was either too weak or spotty. So we could not watch tv at all. 3. Also need to add another table lamp in living room. I hate bright overhead lights and one dim standing lamp wasn’t enough to sit and read in the living room.
