Розташування в центрі- це зручно.

Було дуже холодно в квартирі. Настільки холодно , що ми спали в спортивних костюмах, з вікон дуже тягне. + матрас був замотаний в плівку і вночі вона шелестить , що заважає спати . Наматрацник брудний і менший за розміром ніж ліжко . Гаряча вода була тільки ввечері , хоча адміністрація сказала , що вони мають бойлери і просто мешканці випустили всю воду . Кондиціонер є , але пульту немає. Адміністратор сказала , що кондиціонер працює лише влітку . Звукоізоляція відсутня. Ціна- якісні не відповідає дійсності.
