Location, interior design and equipment were above the expectations. We’ve enjoyed the communication with friendly host. I needed a sleepover after the eye surgery so dark colours of the room and furniture accompanied by the curtains made my life much easier that evening.

If you are sensitive to sounds, mind the clock bell on the tower next to flat rings on a regular basis and the water heater is rather loud. Though earplugs solved both those issues for me.
