Місцерозташування квартири ідеальне. Зручності в квартирі гарні. Ліжко, диван - зручні. На кухні все щоб пару днів побути в цій квартирі .

Звукоізоляція відсутня! Це були жахливі три ночі. Сусід за стіною весь час кричав і лаявся, наче там божевільня. Над нами хтось заїхав на вихідні побухать і розважитися, я була з дітьми і "це все" ми слухали разом. Звукоізоляція на стільки погана, що інколи можна було почути слова розмови, що саме кажуть ці люди... І з мінусів вікна на південний бік, цілий день спека - рятував кондиціонер.
