"They refused to give check-in instructions and then cancelled the reservation as a no-show"

On the day of arrival I tried to contact the host via Booking, text messages and by phone to get instructions on how to check in. There was no response whatsoever from the host. The next day my reservation was cancelled. According to a previous review this is not the first time it has happened. If you want to be sure that you will actually get access to your booked accommodation I advise that you look elsewhere.

Все таки надали альтернативу: через півтори години зі мною зв'язалася зовсім інша людина і сказала, що їй дали мій номер телефону та запропонувала варіант, але вже вирішив це питання самостійно

Не відбулося заселення в даний номер. При цьому за 4 дні в переписці з господарем, мені підтвердили, що моє бронювання "в силі". О 12:30 в день заїзду я набираю власника, а мені кажуть, що номер зайнятий, його продовжив попередній орендар. Чому не повідомили завчасно? Чому не передзвонили і не сказали, що мають зв'язатися зі мною інші люди. Ужасний сервіс - не рекомендую.

3 кімнати охайні, чисті, можна проживати компанією. Близько до центру. Забезпечені всім необхідним для комфортного проживання (посуд, техніка, білизна і т.д.). Власниця приємна, не турбує зайвий раз
