Зручне розташування - в пішій доступності магазини, парк, вокзали. Всі необхідні зручності є в номері - гарячий душ, кондиціонер, телевізор. Чисто, охайно, ліжко та подушки зручні, що справді важливо для гарного відпочинку. Є невеличка кухня спільного користування. Закритий просторий двір, відкритий басейн. Взагалі, відчуття, що приїхали до тітки в гості, відпочинок сподобався.
