Будиночок дуже зручно розташований: у самому центрі села, біля великого нового супермаркета, але й не поблизу траси, а на затишній вуличці. Це окремий двоповерховий будиночок, але винаймається лише другий поверх, а перший зачинений - там розміщується сауна. В будинку є все необхідне для проживання. Господар привітний, уважний та доброзичливий. Можна користуватися басейном та альтанкою з пічкою без доплат. За додаткову плату можна домовитися про сауну. Гарне співвідношення ціни та якості послуг.
