Приветливый владелец, лично встретил, предоставил все необходимое. Чистое белье и полотенца, очень удобный матрац и подушки. Кухни нет, но есть микроволновая печь, посуда. Питьевая вода, чай, кофе, сахар, сладости в свободной доступе. Тихий, уютный дворик.Местоположение классное, все в пешей доступности. Супермаркет в 100 метрах

Слышимость соседей (разговор и т.д), но все в пределах нормы, все постояльцы достаточно воспитанные) никто не нарушал допустимых норм шума.
