Приміщення напівпідвальне, тож запах має відповідний.Обережно зі слизькими сходинками, особливо вночі На вулиці, що веде до житла ремонтні роботи, там грунтовка. Звичайно, власники житла на це ніяк не вплинуть, але в дощ будете всі в багнюці поки дійдете.

So there’s no ventilation in the room, it was sorta like a basement. One thing I noticed when they “cleaned” that the room was not really clean. There were hairs all over the bathroom and bed sheets. The toilet was not cleaned and the small area for showering had a greasy feeling upon stepping in it to shower. I also had noticed that the curtains had mildew from not being cleaned. Also noticed that it’s been over a year and the shower curtains haven’t been replaced. Could’ve cleaned them at least. The beds linen also had a very nasty smell to it, like they haven’t washed it, and I noticed stains on the bed. Couldn’t sleep at all in this hot, stuffy, smelly room. They also left a “basket of treats” for purchase which in itself is a weird thing to do. The price didn’t match the rooms quality. I’ve stayed in hostels way cleaner and not penny pinching as this host. The tea kettle looked beyond disgusting, didn’t even feel like using it from the appearance of it.

Location is very central, big size of the room, all facilities you need

"Loft"it is space under a roof, I expected it. The hist was not agree. This place is a half basement and has specific smell,I must leave on ventilation,that made noise. The 2 window overlooked in to the corridor and I can't see day light. I can open the window to get fresh air. Also need to walk carefully to the door step as path need repair. For all this issue it is overpriced
