Nice decoration in the apartment.

There is only 1 WC and 1 adjacent shower in the apartment for 6. There is a “make-shift” bath tub placed outside the balcony for you to take your shower and they provided a curtain for privacy. To me, this is unacceptable and they pass it off as another shower room.

Great location and nice staff with particular style of interior.

You need to wait 5-10 mins for using the hot water for the shower since there is only one full-equipped bathroom. It’s kinda annoying when you have 4 people are waiting for using the bathroom.

Great location! The genuine Taiwan cedar soaking tub on the balcony. Spacious rooms. Very clean. Very helpful staff.

Cold interiors, would be better in the summer as they have air conditioners throughout.

Beautiful house and bedrooms, very comfy bed with many comfortable pillows, just like a 5 star hotel. All toiletries and a natural wooden bath tub is provided for our use, too bad that we only stayed one night, no time to soak. Clean big bath towel, n slippers provided. Great communication with Linn and the owner, Linn was waiting for us when we arrived. We gave her the wrong estimated time of arrival and made her waited for us for more than an hour but she is still very pleasant and orientated us to ensure our comfortable stay. Easy walking to nearby shopping n food. They even allowed us to check in much earlier. The whole house Aircon and lights were on to welcome us.. We had an enjoyable stay here. Thank you !

Located right in the city center a very cozy and spacious apartment. A balcony overlooking the city from the 10th floor

Pre-arrival communication with the hosts could be improved (they don't speak English and don't reply through the site). The sofa and armchair in the living room could be renewed.

Quiet, convenient, close to different food shops. Only 10min taxi drive from TRA station.

The only thing annoyed us is the owner seemed to refuse to communicate in english or even use translation feature in Line chat app. My Taiwanese partner later had to chat with him. Not quiet sure how other non-mandarin speaking guests communicate with the owner.

Good location, lots of temples and small shops around. the property was great size for our family of 4 with older teens. It's like an apartment, but no real kitchen for cooking. there is a kettle/sink and small fridge. The hostess was great communicator and very accommodating, we arrived later than expected, but she was there ready to greet us.

we thought the unit had a washer, but it did not. I also didn't realize it was cash payment only until much later. It was in the listing, I just didn't catch it.

The location is within a 15 min walk to many attractions in the West Central District of Tainan. We were in Tainan during the summer, so it was also comfortable place to hangout and rest when not sightseeing when it’s super hot during the day.

It would be nice to have an extra bathroom with 3 adults, but otherwise no complaints!
