Просторі світлі апартаменти, чисто, охайно, побутова техніка справна. Єдиний нюанс: щоб заїхати/виїхати автомобілем в двір, потрібно телефонувати адміністратору щоб відкрив шлагбаум, що не дуже зручно, оскільки часто проблеми зі зв’язком. А в загальному все чудово!

Дуже зручне місце розташування: в центрі - через дорогу Палац Україна, біля метро. Будинок старий - височезна стелі і товстелезні стіни, що величезний + в наш час. В квартирі два великих ліжка і диван - на сімʼю те, що треба. В квартирі було все необхідне. Було прибрано. Всі питання з менеджером швидко вирішувались.
