the code was sent ahead of time. it is clean and newly renovated, very quiet, in a nice neighborhood within walking distance of the main attractions and in the city center, elevator as well.

the beddings could be a bit more generous. there were too many emails sent by the host before checkin and after checkout. it could use a more streamlined communication

Location. Amenities such as kitchenette, larger kitchen and laundry. Excellent communication by email.

Appear to have to pay extra for towel change. No laundry powder in laundry room so would have to go and buy a full size for one wash (I was lucky and a very thoughtful young man who was doing some maintenance phoned someone who authorised a housekeeper to give me some)

Code-based access is a great idea, the building is a nice mix of historic building with modern renovation, and the location is close to public transit.

It is a bit far from downtown. Public transit is about 1 hour. An the fridge is really loud.

the Old of my 300 $ for a tonight reservation of the value of 295$. I really do not like that! they want to old the 300 dollars for 7 business days.....unacceptable! I can understand if my stay was 7 days but not for 2 days.

How easily accessible it was. Sent us the code through email and clear instructions with it. The bed was comfortable. When I called the staff for inquiries and assistance, they responded immediately. Amazing location, I love Brookline.

The room wasn’t very sound isolating, I could hear people talking and walking by in the hall outside.
