Snowmass Mountain by Snowmass Vacations

The location to the main village and Aspen were great. It was also convenient to have a grocery store within minutes of our place.

There are a few updates needed specifically to the kitchen - 1) kitchen sink and bar are sinking/tilting so needs to be fixed, 2) kitchen is outdated and could use an update, and 3) ice maker didn't work so a little inconvenient to rely on ice cube trays each day.

Noise rules were overly restrictive. We needed to do laundry after 10 because we were out all day. Not being able to do laundry is silly.

Liked location, could walk to Clarks market.

One bed room was supper small.

If you want a quiet place, without noisy neighbors, a well-equipped kitchen, sauna and jacuzzi, and a beautiful view, then come here!

For some people it could be difficult to use bus to reach the slopes, but with children over 5 years old is absolutely fine!

The beds were amazing, and we appreciated the large size beds. Its location was epic to Snowmass.

I would let other renters know it’s quite a few stairs. We were okay with the exercise, but people from sea level might not appreciate all the flights up and down.

It had three bedrooms and the bus stop was close by.

Was outdated. The sofas were old and uncomfortable. The carpets were dirty and scuzzy. The cabinets were sticky. Light switches didn't work. Need to complete remodel. For the price we paid we expected something nice.

The condo has a nice layout, quite and clean.

Furniture needs replacement. The living room couch and recliner are both tired and broken. The two queen beds both sink in the middle so new mattresses are needed. It needs to be advertised there is no smoking in the whole complex. It is one thing to say no smoking (we would all assume no smoking in the condo) , but unreasonable when it is not advertised there is no smoking on the balconies, in the parking lot, in your car. Unreasonable for guests to assume those restrictions. We went to the hot tub one evening, temperature was about 80 (very disappointed) but heard it was fixed the next day.
