La comodidad del apartamento, el parqueadero es comodo y gratuito, la amplitud, el aseo, la ubicación y la atención del personal.

Nada trascendental. Pero mejoraría el confort colocar en la ducha un utensilio para colocar el jabón y el shampoo. No hay nada y toca todo ponerlo en el piso. También falta un espejo, dado que solo esta el del baño y es insuficiente dado que el baño se ocupa y ya no hay ningún espejo disponible, y en la cocina falta un escurridor para colocar la losa a secarse.
