"Good location, decent interior, perhaps a little overpriced."

Great location on Svobody Prospekt, near Opera House, and old town squares, and restaurants. Near grocery store, and transportation (bus). Nice, comfortable room in old building.

Owner declined to meet with me at property; had to follow broken-English directions as far as locating key and room. Shower does not drain well - owner did not follow up with solution. Exterior front door not secure - code lock not operating. Bedroom should have a dresser for clothes storage and to put Wifi and other electronics on. Building shudders with passing of heavy vehicles. Can be noisy from late nightlife.

Actually nothing....

I announced on time that I leave 3 days earlier, then booked and the owner didn't give me my money back and since then the owner reminds silence.... NEVER AGAIN HERE....That's why they wants only cash, if that happens they turn your money back....
