great location, great building/complex amenities, convenient parking included

the furniture, especially the bed, are very low to the ground - fine if you’re young with good knees, otherwise not so much no toaster or pans to use in the oven - had to go buy an aluminum pan to make toast in the oven

"An excellent choice"

The three of us arrived at the apartment shown in the pictures; and the host Vlad welcomed me very kindly. Clean, bright, tidy, beautiful apartment with one bedroom, living room-kitchen and terrace with a wonderful view of the beach. Shoes must be taken off at the door (but there is nothing surprising about this, it is the same at home). The apartment is very well equipped, clean and well maintained. What we regret is that there were no tables and chairs on the terrace, but we still enjoyed the view while standing, the apartment gave us advantages. Smoking is also prohibited on the terrace (including smokeless cigarettes), but outside, on the bench in front of the building, you can smoke traditional cigarettes and IQOS. The building is also very well equipped, with a nice pool and gym (the convenience store on the ground floor is open until 10 pm, and the drink/food vending machines are open 24/7). The building is in a very good location and there are many cute children. The beach is close, other shops are within walking distance. The nearest large shopping center is a 10-minute drive away. The surroundings and the building are also very tidy and clean, the staff is kind and helpful. Everyone's smiling!🤗 Thank you Vlad! We'll be back!
