Location and how clean the apartment was. Can get to places downtown quickly.

The bed was too hard and uncomfortable to sleep in. Getting a more comfy mattress would help out a lot.

I loved the location and that it came with parking

The fact that there is not a lot of outlets in the living room because they are all covered up and locked up.
