Luxury stay near Santana Row for vacation/business

Great location for Winchester mystery house n lots of food n shopping options within walking distance. Helpful owner but non invasive. Perfect for my needs...thank you!

The Host is amazing, The amenities and the location was great. We loved having a Kitchen, though, even though we didn’t get that much use out of it because we were eating out a lot there’s a lot of great places to eat out at around there. Everything was comfortable beds were nice. We Walked to the Winchester house, which was perfect.

I wish The garage was a little bit bigger. It really didn’t fit in my SUV We came in but Everything was safe, so that was good. We had a family of four come up and my other half wished there was a extra TV for one of the rooms but Other than that, no complaints.

Buyer beware!! Let me start by saying, if you advertise luxury than the clients expect luxury. Anything less is fraud. Attempted to have a luxury stay to celebrate my wedding anniversary in San Jose with my husband and 2 kids. Luxury, because that’s how the owner described the property. Our stay at this place lasted less than 5 minutes because it was everything but luxurious. Immediately upon sight it gave us “GHETTO VIBES”1) Garage door was boarded up with plywood. 2) Upon entering the apartment there was a MILDEW SMELL in the air, similar to the smell you get when you accidentally leave wet clothes in the washer and remember a couple days later. 3) Fan remote control had “BLOOD” stains. After leaving the property I called Booking customer service who was unable to reach the owner of the property. 2 hrs later the owner calls me apologizing for the blood on the remote, the boarded up garage and the smell. He told me his cleaning crew was on their way to clean up the unit and asked if we could return after the cleaning process. I informed him that we checked into another hotel and he promised me a refund for my inconvenience. However, he must have had a change of heart and decided not to refund me and provided me pictures of the unit after it was cleaned.
