Villa Signor

Very cozy and intimate. Beautiful, clean space, close to many places. It was simply wonderful.

The hosts were polite, kind and the room decor was lovely. Hosts offered to bring in a cleaning crew the following morning after we reported the allergic reaction that was triggered. We couldn’t wait overnight we had to clean up the residence ourselves. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances but not even a bottle of water was offered.

Dust accumulation in rental unit 311 triggered a severe allergic reaction that required medication to mitigate. There’s an unrelenting smell on entry in unit 114. Best way to describe it is a horses stable smell. Unit 114 advertised a garden view. There isn’t a garden view, it’s more like overgrown bushes from adjacent property. There was a minimalistic approach to hospitality that for the price we paid seemed disjointed. The packages of candy for sale in the room were covered in dust. Not enough coffee/creamer…just as basic as one could get …even had what looked like home packed snack kits they were charging for.

I texted Booking. Com around 3 times to get an entry code & didn't receive it until 15 minutes later

Peace and quiet. Very comfortable,relaxing and clean.

Its a condo. In a condo complex. Not a villa. I see that, that's what the property likes to call them. But, let's be honest for what it is. There isn't anything special about the property. The amenities were alright. Small club houses. Nothing is per say private just private to the complex. That has well over 100 units. The Air Conditioning did not work our entire visit, (maintenance did come out in the middle of the night at no prevail) pool closed at 10 had kids jumping the fence blasting music at 1 am having their own party. So when we got home from the casino it was colder outside then inside and we couldnt even enjoy the deck area. It was just not the luxurious escape we were promised in the description and looking forward to, to be completely honest. Definitely not worth the money we spent. Not to mention the hidden "fees" a no refund damage waiver.

I liked the little thoughtful touches. The seasoning in the cabinet, the snack basket on the microwave, and the throw for the chill inside the villa. The separate pool area is nice. The building is a great place to sit and relax. There's a tv and exercise0

It was very cold inside the villa, and it took a while for the heat to kick in. The heat is not even so the upstairs got very warm, but the doorstairs was still chilly. I didn't like having to subscribe to the Villa property management website when I didn't realize there was a check to automatically subscribe when I logged into tv, and I overlooked unchecking it. Also, 2nd bed is not a regular bed it's a trundle, and you have to pull out the bottom to make it into a bed. It's definitely more suitable for children than adults.

The place was fully equipped, perfect and quiet location.

A Hidden Gem in Norwich – Truly Felt Like Home We had a wonderful stay at Villa Signor in Norwich, Connecticut. From the moment we walked into the unit, we felt instantly comfortable—it’s clear that a lot of thought and care has gone into every detail. The space is very clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly cozy and warm. The bed was super comfortable, and we loved the real fireplace, which added a lovely touch of charm and warmth during our stay. The kitchen is small but efficient, and we especially liked the peninsula, which made meals and coffee time extra enjoyable. What really stood out were the thoughtful little extras—toothbrushes, shavers, snacks, and coffee—all provided in the unit. These touches made us feel truly welcomed. There’s also a small patio with a table and chairs, perfect for a peaceful morning or evening sit-down. The wood floors are beautiful, and the location is perfect—just a 5-minute drive to supermarkets, restaurants, and fast food options. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend Villa Signor to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-appointed place to stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
