No todas las luces funcionaban

Furniture is uncomfortable. Pillows are terrible. Neighborhood is bad. Building needs some maintenance. 2nd floor shower handle fell off when I touched it.

Clean

No trash bins in the rooms! No extra blankets. Pots and pans were so bad in conditions. No scrabber for pans cleaning. 2nd floor one room has direct ventilation with the bathroom that felt so bad.

The bathroom is leaking to the kitchen. Kitchen pots and pans are unusable. There are not enough utensils.

Old property, few things non functional

Place was Very close to the Falls! Within 6 blocks of walking distance. The Host and Staff were Awesome! They answered in a timely manner and fixed things right away for the most part to accommodate our stay. Place was somewhat Nice as you walked in.

1st, Neighborhoods are terrible looking. But people seemed to be Nice. 2nd, we were informed before hand that one of the bathroom sinks was unusable, which was an inconvenience and it leaked to the floor below. 3rd, livingroom furniture was Very uncomfortable and one couch had nails sticking out of the front of it. 4th, Kitchen floor had cracked tiles and some very loose when walked on. Needs more counter space. No Kereig. Needs Kitchen towels. 5th, back door lead out to the alley and had broken glass on the sidewalk that needs to be cleaned up. 6th, 2nd level stair banister was coming out of the wall. Was fixed right away when told about it. Same with the shower rod on the 2nd level. Major water stain and leaking on 2nd level bathroom, and shower floor felt very soft when standing in it. 4 bedrooms on 2nd level. They were decent but no closets except one. 7th, 3rd floor, bathroom was big, just couldn't use sink do to leaking pipe. 2 bedrooms on that level. Still no closets. No central air up there but they do have window air conditioners. 8th, they have 🪳 in the kitchen we saw and killed just about every morning. 9th, lots of spider's and webs walking the pathway to the house and front porch, if ya don't like those. 10th, small front porch not a terrace. 11th, grill was on side of house but didn't use it due to it was sitting upside down on the broken glass pathway next to the house and it was a very small charcoal one, for a group of 10 would have taken to long to cook on. 12th, walls are very thin. We could hear everything the duplex neighbors were saying, watching, and moving around. Sure same for our side for them. Overall, the place needs Major work, but is close to Falls which was Nice! And again Host and Staff were Awesome!!!

They didn’t take care bathroom was leaking,1 sofa has nail out and scratch my hand and my wife knees and 1 shower has really hot water not warm not cold.
