The access to the beach was thru a private gate. Condo was clean and tidy. Beds were ok.

The balcony was not beachfront. The building itself was beachfront.

It was right on the beach. Very nice decor. Plenty of room. And has a washer and dryer.

Parking is a bit of an issue. Tight spots. Building could use some tlc on the outside. Front stairs need to be replaced. A little landscaping out front would be nice. Hallways need to be swept.

love location. owners are super nice and respond quick with any concerns

unfortunately the elevator was out but owners gave us a heads up that it was struck by lightning before our trip. 3rd floor wasn’t so bad on steps

Location was great. Rooms were nice and clean

Elevator was out. They said lightning struck it a couple of weeks prior. Hopefully that is fixed soon that was rough going up all the stairs.
