Cozy 1 BR Efficiency Apt close to TTU and Downtown

Location of the property was very convenient to TTU and downtown.

The pillows on the bed were too over-stuffed for my taste. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, but I would bring my own pillow. 🙃

It was very nice place and an excellent value

There was no cable tv as advertised and the provided WIFI password did not work

Quiet, private, easy to get around town from there

a table or desk would have been better, but I knew that was the not there (tv trays). The mattress was terrible and really needs to go away.

Was close to our activities very well stocked for our stay

The directions I received were not very good as far as finding the place but checking in and out very easy

It was in a nice, quiet location. Perfect size for what we needed for a few nights

Bed seemed to be a bit smaller then a queen, but was otherwise comfortable.

I was staying in Nashville and it was quite a long drive.

It was cheap.

Bed was very uncomfortable, bathroom had no exhaust, just a window. Incorrect wifi password was provided and it took a long time with numerous back and forths to get someone to acknowledge the actual problem and give me the correct wifi key. This was reported upon arrival and not addressed until late the following evening.

The stay was comfortable. Everything was set in advance by host including water and all other grocery items essential for cooking that help me a lot.. Good cleaning maintained.

No chairs. No dish drainer.
