"Overall, the place was well kept and had a nice location."

Location was great to access RALEIGH amenities, particularly NCS locales. Nice coffee machine and drink selections.

Dirt pad could be paved for extra parking and making it easier to turn around. Bedrooms face a noisy road, which might be helped with an extra pane on the bedroom windows.

"good location, kind of dirty."

location was good.

sticky spots on the kitchen floor, dust bunnies on the ceiling fans, mold in the bathroom, one ceiling fan didn’t have a pull chord and was unusable.
