Pasadena single house 3b1b 三房一厅一厨一浴

There were three parking spaces available for guests to use. The outdoor sitting area and the grassy yard were the nicest part of the property, even though we didn't spend time there. We only enjoyed this area in passing as we were loading our vehicles to vacate. The property was quiet and the silence was only broken once by a loud motorcycle racing down the street. The only other sounds that we heard were from the peacocks and peahens that roam the neighborhood. The couch was quite comfy. The beds were also pretty comfortable.

Just about everything inside the house could be better. The floors in the house appeared unswept and unmopped. We always bring disinfecting wipes with us when we go places to wipe down everything that that is commonly used, i.e. doorknobs, light switches, appliance buttons, etc. My wife wiped down way more than usual this time because it was needed. We also had to wipe up some spots on the floor that would have been caught if the floors were actually mopped. This is when we also realized the floors had not been swept due to the dust bunnies we found along the baseboards and around the bedroom furniture and the dead cranefly just under the bed. The kitchen didn't have enough outlets to use for the small appliances, such as, the coffee maker, and toaster. The only outlet in the kitchen was being used by the large microwave oven, which was difficult to see well enough to use easily because of the dim lighting in the kitchen. The decor was very poorly executed. Curtain rods were missing end caps in at least two windows in the living/dining area, which allowed one to fall when I attempted to better close a curtain. The paint on the walls and ceiling could have been better applied; there were numerous spots that lacked coverage. The contrasting wall and ceiling paint was applied by an inexperienced individual, I would guess; I do not believe they used any brushes or masking tape in their work. It just looks haphazardly slapped together inside but also very lived in. The closets are missing doors. The beds only sported a bottom(fitted) sheet and a light comforter. The bathroom was no better. There were no proper hand towels and the bathroom was dirty and in need of a deep cleaning. The person who applied the wallpaper quit the job after only two strips. Kitchen sink and bathtub are painted with wall paint. There was only one drinking glass and no knives in the kitchen. Freezer needs defrosting. Too much wrong to list. This property needs some TLC.

The house was on property with a few other buildings, very clean and very quiet. The bedrooms are spacious.

There were other people around the property, however nobody bothered us.

There were 2 swat police raids on the property where family was staying. They broke down doors and drew big guns at the whole family. Kids were traumatized. Tore apart all the units in the front house and the back house. It was so scary. Worse part is didn’t only Happen Once but TWICE in a matter of 7 days.

Very good location, not far from the target. Although it is by the main road, it is very safe.

The facilities and furniture layout are relatively old, and it may be better to change to a simple style.
