"Preguntad antes de reservar si siguen con las obras de edificio."

La ubicación está muy bien, cerca de la playa. Las camas del dormitorio son amplias y cómodas. Es amplio en general y tiene vista lateral a la playa.

El apartamento es parcialmente reformado, no es tan fresco como aparece en las fotos, tiene olor de un poco viejo. Además el edificio estaba en obras, y es una lástima que el anfitrión no nos avisó con anterioridad, se hace un ruido insoportable durante todo el día, ya que se cambian las ventanas y los balcones de la fachada.

Muy buena ubicación, anfitrión súper amable, check in rápido. Buenos servicios del Condominio (parking, gimnasio, etc). Buen acceso a playa. Buen equipamiento para playa.

El departamento necesita reforma urgente de cocina, bañera y recambio de materiales y textiles. Lavavajillas y horno oxidados y con mal funcionamiento (refrigerador y microondas son nuevos) Muebles de cocina en mal estado y con olor a humedad. Copas rotas. Fregadero arruinado. Almohadas con manchas de lejía/lavandina. Vidrio balcón roto. Precio caro en comparación a otros lugares impecables.

I like the location

I just wanted to share some feedback about my stay. The bedsheets and pillows had a lot of brown and yellow stains. There was only one garbage bag in the room, and several things were broken. The AC was extremely loud – I couldn’t sleep with it on, but when it was off, the room got too hot. I hope this can be addressed for future guests.

It wasn't clean.,.no one speaks English No wash cloths there was mold and I am severely allergic....my eyes were swollen and itchy the whole time

Very beautyfull, full of light.

Bit too hot to sleep at night. Bedroom didnt have enough air circulation. Other then that, everything was perfect.
